Every listing that I secure will be promoted to not only active investors and business owners but to every broker servicing the areas as well. It is in the best interest of my clients to provide maximum exposure of their properties. Maximum exposure means less time on the market and faster closings.

I offer 50% commission splits with any cooperating brokers. No haggling. No squeeze play. This simple and transparent cooperating fee structure promotes continued ethical industry practices that benefit everyone involved.

Referral Fees

Commercial real estate often requires extremely complex factors that might be more than some Sales Associates want to tackle. There are other options beside trying to eat the commercial real estate learning curve in short order for one listing. I offer competitive referral fees to Sales Associates for hands off service. All you have to do is wait for the property to sell/lease and collect your commission

Co-Brokerage

There are times where co-Brokering a property may prove beneficial. This is another way that I can help you help your clients. Co-Brokerage agreements are examined on a case by case basis weighing the amount of time available, resources, and location of the property.
